A new range of PowerPoint resources aimed at assisting teachers with the delivery of the CAIE (9609) A-level Business specification. These slides are designed to support the delivery of 2.1.6 Training and Development. The slides commence with an analysis of the different types of training, namely on-the-job, off-the-job and induction training.  It then examines the impact of training on a business before assessing employee development and its role in encouraging both intrapreneurship and multi-skilling. The slides contain the Quick Fire Five questions and also a practice extended answer question (both with suggested solutions).
