Shipping Policy - the basics

The majority of our resources are digital products and they should therefore appear in the email inbox of the address used to complete the purchase.  Please ensure that you check your junk folders in case any order is mistakenly directed there.

Each digital product should appear almost immediately after purchase but if there is a delay for some reason please allow a couple of hours before making contact via teachingbusiness@hotmail.com if you are concerned that the order has not been fulfilled.

Please be aware that some schools and colleges operate with a firewall which may mean that delivery to the school email address is not possible.  In such circumstances, please provide a suitable alternative email address during purchase.

No personal email information is retained after purchase has been completed and no information is sold on for marketing or other purposes to third parties.

Physical Items - Shipping Policy

Once an order has been received and processed, you can expect products to be posted via Royal Mail (single books) or other external providers such as DPD for larger volume orders within 24-hours (subject to availability).

 

Postage costs provided on the website reflect postage within the United Kingdom and additional costs will be necessary if P&P is required for European or global markets.  These additional costs will be calculated and an email sent to confirm acceptance before postage occurs.

Postage within the UK is generally sent using the Royal Mail's 48-hour tracked service.  A tracking number will be emailed to confirm postage.  Please note that sometimes this service can take longer so allow between 3-5 business days for delivery.  For larger volume orders, parcels are subject to the delivery schedules of DPD or other providers but again allow 3-5 business days.
