These slides are designed to support the delivery of 6.1.5 Competitors and Suppliers. This presentation considers the impact of competition and suppliers upon a business and their decisions.  It commences with an assessment of both direct and indirect types of competition, before it looks at the impact of competition upon a business.  It then examines the role of suppliers and the importance of supplier relationships before assessing how suppliers have a big impact upon the strategic and operational decisions of a business. The slides contain the Quick Fire Five questions and also a practice extended answer question (both with suggested solutions).
