A new range of PowerPoint resources aimed at assisting teachers with the delivery of the CAIE (9609) A-level Business specification. These slides are designed to support the delivery of 6.2.1 Developing Business Strategy. This presentation examines the meaning and purpose of both business strategy and strategic management.  It then analyses several approaches and models relating to business strategy including the blue ocean strategy, scenario planning, core competencies framework and Lewin's force field analysis model.  The other strategy models are considered in separate presentations.  The slides contain the Quick Fire Five questions and also a practice extended answer question (both with suggested solutions).
