A new range of PowerPoint resources aimed at assisting teachers with the delivery of the CAIE (9609) A-level Business specification. These slides are designed to support the delivery of 2.3 Management. The slides commence with an analysis of what is meant by the concept of management and examines the management theories of Fayol and Mintzberg.  It then considers the four different styles of management: autocratic; paternalistic; democratic and laissez-faire.  It concludes with an examination of Douglas McGregor's Theory X and Theory Y.  The slides contain the Quick Fire Five questions and also a practice extended answer question (both with suggested solutions).
