A new range of PowerPoint resources aimed at assisting teachers with the delivery of the CAIE (9609) A-level Business specification. These slides are designed to support the delivery of 1.5 Stakeholders in a Business. The slides commence with an assessment of what is meant by a stakeholder before then examining the various internal and external stakeholders of a business.  The roles, rights and responsibilities of each stakeholder group are considered next, before examining the impact of stakeholders upon business decisions.  Why a business should be accountable to their stakeholders is focused upon next with a look at employees, customers and suppliers before concluding with an assessment of stakeholder conflict and changing business objectives.  The slides contain the Quick Fire Five questions and also a practice extended answer question (both with suggested solutions).
