This presentation is designed to cover the topic of analysing the internal position and overall position of a business and has been adapted to meet the specific requirements of the AQA specification. The presentation considers the analysis of data other than purely financial statements to assess the strengths and weaknesses of a firm. It then looks at the importance of core competencies before examining short and long-term business performance. The pack concludes with an assessment of different methods of measuring and assessing a business’s performance, including Elkington’s triple bottom line.
