A range of materials aimed at supporting teachers of the AQA A Level in Business modified to reflect the 2023 changes. This presentation is designed to cover the topic of mission statements, corporate objectives and strategy. The presentation considers the basic purpose of mission statements before examining how the statement feeds into the creation of corporate objectives and the influences that act upon them. Internal and external influences on functional objectives and decisions are examined before it then examines the concepts of strategic and functional decisions and contrasts these with tactics before concluding with a detailed look at SWOT analysis. The pack contains the Quick Fire Five knowledge questions, a short objective test and an essay question all complete with suggested answers.
