AQA Business - Setting Marketing Objectives


A new range of materials aimed at supporting teachers of the AQA A Level in Business. This presentation is designed to cover the topic of understanding the role and importance of stakeholders . It examines the role of stakeholders within a business and how a firm can use stakeholder mapping methods to identify the different levels of power and interest held by particular stakeholder groups in relation to specific business decisions. It evaluates the importance of stakeholder engagement and how firms can best manage their stakeholder relationships before assessing the different internal and external stakeholder groups with a vested interest in the activities of a business. Each pack contains the Quick Fire Five knowledge questions, a short objective test and an essay question all complete with suggested answers.
