The presentation considers the elements of the marketing mix (7Ps), the influences on elements of the 7Ps, the differences between consumer and industrial markets, the implications of the product life cycle and the Boston Matrix in marketing decisions, the influences on pricing decisions, analysing the promotional mix, branding (including social media and viral marketing), distribution decisions, analysis of people, process and the physical environment, the importance of an integrated marketing mix and finally the value of digital marketing and e-commerce. The pack contains the Quick Fire Five knowledge questions, a short objective test and an essay question all complete with suggested answers.
