This PowerPoint presentation looks at the concept of capacity utilisation with a focus upon how to calculate capacity utilisation and then an assessment of under and over-utilisation and their impact upon a business. It also considers ways in which a business can improve their capacity utilisation. The slides contain several activities with suggested answers including the Quick Fire Five and a 10 mark practice question.
