This PowerPoint presentation looks at some of the main causes of change within a business. These include changes in organisational size, poor business performance, new ownership, transformational leadership and the market (PESTLE). The impacts of these change are then considered with a focus upon competitiveness, productivity, financial performance and stakeholders. The slides contain several activities with suggested answers including the Quick Fire Five and a 10 mark practice question.
