This PowerPoint presentation considers some of the main benefits and drawbacks of business forms including; sole traders; partnerships; private limited companies (LTD); lifestyle businesses; social enterprises, franchising and online businesses. It concludes with an assessment of the process involved in stock market floatation and the benefits and drawbacks of becoming a public limited company (PLC). The slides contain several activities with suggested answers including the Quick Fire Five and a 10 mark practice question.
