This PowerPoint presentation looks at the use of PESTLE analysis by businesses to help them generate appropriate strategic decisions. Each of the different elements of the PESTLE model are considered and their impacts upon a business assessed. It also examines the changing competitive environment facing business and looks at the role of Porter’s Five Forces Model in helping a firm to better understand their external environment. The slides contain several activities with suggested answers including the Quick Fire Five and a 10 mark practice question.
