A new series of resources aimed at assisting teachers with the delivery of the Edexcel A Level Business specification. This resource specifically looks at topic 1.5.6. Moving from Entrepreneur to Leader. This lesson considers some of the challenges that face an entrepreneur in their move from establishing an enterprise to becoming a leader of a larger business. Some of the considerations include the need to listen to others, being less reactive, making use of delegation, the importance of trust and finally the impact of emotional intelligence.
