A new range of materials aimed at supporting teachers of the Edexcel GCSE (9-1) in Business. This presentation is designed to cover the topic of business operations. It considers the role of production and operations management within a business, examining the role of operations in the production of goods and services. It then analyses the three main production processes of job, batch and flow production, before concluding with an assessment of the role of technology upon quality, costs, flexibility and productivity.
