A new range of materials aimed at supporting teachers of the Edexcel GCSE (9-1) in Business. This presentation is designed to cover the topic of the sales process. It considers the role and importance of good customer service to a business in the provision of goods and services. It then examines the sales process and looks at the stages involved including product knowledge through to speed and efficiency of service, customer engagement, responses to customer feedback and post-sales support. The pack contains a starter and plenary activities, class activities, knowledge questions, key word definitions and an examination style question, all complete with suggested answers.
