Refreshed and updated PowerPoint resources aimed at assisting teachers with the delivery of the WJEC A-level Business specification. These slides are designed to support the delivery of the Unit Four topic of Environmental Factors. They explore the various aspects of the environment that business activity have an impact upon and consider different forms of government intervention, the role of pressure groups and the impact of changing business activity as a result of a more informed and educated consumer in Wales and the rest of the UK.  Specifically the slides focus upon air, water and noise pollution, waste management, the destruction of the environment, climate change and congestion before examining forms of intervention including Green Taxes such as the Congestion Charge, Land Fill Tax, Climate Change Levy and the promotion of alternative sources of energy, before concluding with an evaluation of how the environment has impacted upon business behaviour.  The slides contain the Quick Fire Five questions and also a practice extended answer question (both with solutions).
